Thank you for booking our cleaning service.

Your appointment has been scheduled and entered into our calendar. Our cleaners will show up at your home at that time. You should receive a booking confirmation from us via email and will receive reminders via email a few times before your appointment. You will also receive instructions to access our online portal that allows you to login, make changes, leave comments and reschedule!

Please note that we book clients on our online form, phone calls, emails and Facebook messages, so scheduling conflicts can arise.  We try to avoid changes, but there are times when RamClean and our customers may have to reschedule.

Here are some tips to make this a great experience:

  • Put up your pets before the appointment so our cleaners can access necessary areas of your home.
  • We are a cleaning service not a maid service, so we do not put away personal items, bags, clothes, bills on the floor, tables or desks. We stack them neatly out of the way so we can clean those areas.
  • You can let us know if there are specific areas of your home that need additional attention.
  • If you will not be at home, contact us to give us door code access or keys.
